Organoleptic characteristics: white sparkling wine – the grapes for its production are found in the best terroirs and replace an exceptional combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir. Long maturation in the bottle gives a persistent and fine perlage. The light yellow color is ennobled by citrus aromas and a complex taste with peach nuances.
The recommended temperature for consumption is +5/+7 °С.
Serve as an aperitif or pair with fresh seafood, sushi, salads or spicy Asian dishes.
