Tasting notes: A red pomegranate colored wine with complex flavors of blackcurrant, prunes and notes of freshly ground pepper. It has a delicate and rich taste with intense and well-structured tannins and hints of cherry.
Serve: at 16˚C – 18˚C with red meat preparations, such as roast beef, lamb, mutton or pork, but also with mature cheeses.
