Since the early years of its bicentenary activity, Château Purcari has distinguished itself for the recognitions obtained at an international level. Always listed among the most appreciated brands in the world, in 2021 Château Purcari was identified as the most renowned winery, with over 333 medals to its credit, obtained by participating in the most prestigious international competitions in the world of wine such as: Decanter World Wine Awards, International Wine & Spirit Competition, International Wine Challenge, and many others. In addition, Negru de Purcari is the first and only wine from the Republic of Moldova, included in the Decanter TOP Classic Wines 2021.
In 2022 Château Purcari obtained the title of “Best producer from Moldova” becoming the most awarded winery in Moldova, with six gold medals and two silver medals, at the XXXI edition of Mundus Vini Summer Tasting 2022, also managing to assert itself as “Best of Show” for the best white wine and the best Moldovan red wine from the competition. In 2023 Château Purcari retained the title of best producer in Moldova at the Mundus Vini Spring Tasting 2023 and already during the first months of the year the company managed to obtain over 180 medals in various international competitions.
