Tasting notes: The grapes were destemmed and fermented on the skins in stainless steel tanks, then macerated on the lees for 9 months before pressing.
During fermentation, the manual “Pigeage” process was performed twice a day in parallel with the pumping over process. The wine is well balanced, with a medium body, fine tannins, creamy but firm acidity.
